The project is comprised of three spatial functional units - a passenger terminal for cruise ships at the western end, including the coastal boat dock, centrally located shopping center, and the public city garage and bus station on the east end.

CONCEPT DESCRIPTION
The concept is based on the basic parameters:
1. Program - a program of transport nodes and demanded functional units, determines the disposition and interdependence of buildings
2. Location - location determines the approach and orientation of buildings in function and design of buildings.
3. The character of the traffic junction of Gruž are significant oscillations in traffic density.
4. Commercial content intertwines with public spaces and is integrated with traffic functions.
5. The Urban Context of the City of Dubrovnik makes the subtext of the spatial entity.
The architecture derives from the above-mentioned fundamental criteria that determined the design of urban space and architectural structures.
