Conceptual project

The project of the house is designed in accordance with the existing slope of the terrain, which separates the functional segments. On the street level, driveway, garage and utility rooms are situated. At the level of the maximum terrain height, the residential contents of the house are organized, zoned according to functional requirements. The northwest zone of "privacy" and the northeast zone of "contents" enclose the central, open, living and kitchen areas.

The treatment of the facade is conceptually based on the dichotomy of natural, textural, materials and white plaster, as a sort of separator of wood, brick and concrete surfaces.
