Principal criteria for concept design and architectural design are:
· Integration with existing buildings and the immediate environment
· Placing the largest possible number of students in comfortable and practical areas
· Provide a simple and inexpensive construction system
· Provide an efficient technical installation system
· Flexibility

 

In achieving the above mentioned goals Pavilion building 3 is designed as:
• One and compact volume
• Different "faces" of buildings according to orientation: east - west, street - interior space according to existing
student building
• Indoor garden - outdoor common facilities
• Pavilion with identity and identification with its users, and in correlation with existing buildings
university campus
• The location of the building on a downhill ground
• The height of the joining bridge with the existing building
