Building is primarily for business purpose, with sales (ground floor) and catering facilities arranged on  different floors. Business premises are designed with flexibility as the primary idea to divide floors into two, three or more separate business spatial units. In shape, building adapts to the neighborhood concept of the block, fitting in shape and street facade storefront.
